Agate Bay Vacant Lot – SOLD!

My last sold property with Century 21! This was another long strange deal (aka probate sale). Family owned through the years the estate of the original owners were missing just a few details/documents for the heirs to transfer ownership easily. A good reminder that even with wills and trusts in place updated estate planning with regard to real estate is crucial!

This stunning lot located in Agate Bay, North Lake Tahoe took time to find the right builder/buyer, but, it should all be worth the wait. I can’t wait to see the new home construction starting next spring. Hint… There may be a Lakeview.
