The Seller’s market in Lake Tahoe and Truckee looks to be softening as a flood of new property listings continue to come on the market. and prices continue stabilizing. Due to the increasing inventory creating market stabilization many prices need adjusting  to account for supply and demand. The fury of the spring selling season has given way to the strongest seasonal market of summer, however, the upward trajectory of values may be slowing down.
