Things to do
SPRING SKIING FUN
Spring skiing is going strong and with more weather in the forecast, the season may still be a ways from being over! Palisades Tahoe has several spring events this month including the Cushing's Crossing this Sunday. Always action packed and sure to be a good time.

Be on the lookout for deals on tickets and next years passes.
NTPUD
NTPUD is ramping up activities and opportunities for recreation in North Lake Tahoe. Check out their website for things happening this spring as well as updated openings for the summer season at the park, boat launch, beaches and more. NTPUD is a great community resource for homeowners and visitors alike to find connection in our area.

Preparing Homes for Wildfire
In many areas, May is Wildfire Awareness Month. As the weather becomes warmer and wildland vegetation begin to dry out, it is time to plan for the wildfires. Spring is a great time to take steps to help protect your home against wildfire. Clean roofs and gutters of dead leaves, debris and pine needles. Replace or repair any loose or missing shingles, roof tiles or siding to prevent ember penetration. Move any flammable material away from wall exterior. Remove anything stored underneath decks or porches. Visit: Firewise.Org for more details.

When you own a luxury home in the Reno, NV, or Lake Tahoe, CA, area, your landscape is as much a part of the property as the architecture itself. Working with our real estate agents means connecting with professionals who understand how the right outdoor design elevates long-term value.

Why Sustainable Landscaping Matters in the Sierra Nevada Region

The Reno and Lake Tahoe corridor is defined by dramatic elevation changes, limited water resources, and a fragile alpine ecosystem. Eco-conscious landscaping choices do more than reduce environmental impact; they create outdoor spaces that are lower maintenance, more resilient to seasonal extremes, and better suited to the character of mountain terrain. For homeowners in this region, sustainability and luxury are not competing priorities; they are natural partners.
